Ive rented other studios before and this has been the best space so far! Ive not had any of the problems that I've experienced in previous places. From the get go its been great. For me its so important that here they have a manager on site mon-fri (Ester is so lovely!!) for any issues and support. Residents have a big kitchen and eating space which includes free tea, coffee, milk etc. They do weekly staff lunches! Its lovely to feel part of the community and feel that the company actually cares about us. Honestly i really cant complain, so far i love being part of the Mainyard community and would recommend 🩷
Secure, lovely studios and I love the personal touch of community by providing lunch to tenants once a week! The comunal areas are also lovely and clean!

I’ve been with Mainyard Studios for a few years now. Amazing place to work, great community feel. So nice having my own private studio but also a friendly environment to work in with likeminded people. Made some friends and enjoy the shared lunches Mainyard provide. Definitely recommend!
