I have rented properties through Knight Frank on several occasions. The staff are always very kind and helpful during the viewing process. However, in my experience, the properties have been handed over with numerous issues from the very beginning of the tenancy, without adequate checks or maintenance having been carried out beforehand. Although some of these issues have eventually been addressed, significant problems affecting everyday life remain unresolved even as the tenancy renewal date approaches. Knight Frank is our main point of contact for repairs, but their communication has become increasingly slow and progress has been frustratingly limited. Unfortunately, based on my experiences, Knight Frank is not an agency I would choose to use again. Having seen the standard responses to similar reviews, I would prefer not to receive a generic apology or a referral to your complaints department. What I would have appreciated was timely communication and meaningful action while these issues were ongoing.
We completed on our property last week, with the help of Knight Frank. James Crawford was extremely efficient and helpful in steering a complicated transaction to a successful conclusion. We would recommend him, and his team without hesitation.
