Great experience so far - checked in recently. Great that they provide trolleys - can easily get stuff out of the car boot and onto the trolley and straight into the lift. Really appreciated Roger’s help checking in - he looked at the amount of stuff I had and showed me spaces of various sizes to help me optimise price because space I had originally reserved was much bigger than I actually needed. Roger was very polite, friendly and helpful overall. Spaces are neat and clean. The building is well sign-posted - it was easy to find my way around. Overall the storage facility appeared secured and well looked after. I had only reserved the space the day before - appreciate to have been able to get a space in central London at such short notice
