We love working from Business Cube. The service is consistently excellent, with any requests handled promptly and professionally. The front desk team always gives a warm, friendly, and good-humoured welcome, which is a real highlight of our day. Whoever’s doing the hiring is clearly getting it right: every manager and receptionist we’ve met has been personable, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with, even the temps! Special shout-out to Nilani, who currently runs things here at Farringdon. She’s an absolute superstar and runs a tight ship.

The whole Business Cube team are great to work with, very client focussed. They were even good enough to smile when we poached one of their staff. Nilani on the front desk in Clerkenwell Green always leads with a smile and a can-do attitude, backed up by actions - something we can all learn from.

The staff here are always around, super helpful, and very accessible — always kind and welcoming with a smile. Any issues I’ve raised have been addressed promptly, and the owners are reasonable and always willing to help. The office itself is nice and airy, with plenty of natural light, which makes it a pleasant place to work. While it could benefit from some renovation if you’re looking for the latest high-tech setup and modern décor, the location is excellent, offering easy access to Farringdon Station and lots of nearby amenities.

If you’re looking for an office where efficiency meets comedy gold, this is the place. The real MVP is Nilani at reception—she deserves her own Netflix special. She somehow manages to answer phones, greet people, and run the universe, all while making you laugh. I came in stressed and left wondering if I could hire her as my life coach. The service is top-notch, the staff are fantastic, and honestly, I’d give 6 stars if Google would let me. Highly recommend—come for the professionalism, stay for Nilani’s one-liners!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Business Cube.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Business Cube, who is more than happy to help out.
