Excellent communication and a smooth sign-up process. Everything was explained clearly, and the service has been great so far.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in resolving concerns. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely lacking. If this is how customers are treated, it’s difficult to see how the business can maintain a good reputation. A very disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend MYCO based on the service I received.

I was going to renew today, and in full, however, following the often rude and in-human contact and service, while handling my account & the renewal process, I will pass, and find an alternative provider.

We’ve been using the London office for the last couple of years and are really pleased with the level of service. The meeting rooms and coworking spaces are a great asset to our business, especially being in the heart of Fitzrovia.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, The London Office may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
-
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
