Unhelpful staff and poor service. I had a very disappointing experience with this virtual office provider. Mail-handling process has been unclear and unreliable. Although I had access to the portal and I am the 100% shareholder of the company, when I called to check whether an expected company document had been received and uploaded, I was told they could not provide any information because I was not the account holder on the portal. This was especially frustrating because we had already experienced previous issues with documents not being uploaded to the system. Each time, we were given different explanations. At one point, we were told the office had been closed. Another time, we were told HMRC documents could be delayed by around two months. Later, we were told documents were not uploaded because KYC had not been completed at the time. The procedure was not explained clearly from the beginning, and the staff were not helpful in resolving the issues. Instead, the responses felt like excuses rather than proper customer support. Following their advice, I completed the KYC process, but this has still caused further delay even though I already had portal access. For a service that handles important company correspondence, including official documents, clear communication and reliable mail uploading are essential. Unfortunately, my experience has been stressful, delayed, and poorly handled by the team

I recently had an experience with a company where the KYC onboarding process was significantly delayed without clear communication. Just a note to others: always ensure transparency during onboarding, avoid making payments before verification is complete, and do your due diligence before engaging.
