Unfortunately I need to warn others against this ‘business’. Having been the perfect tenant for a year and a half (even when service has been far from perfect from their side), Tempo House are refusing to refund the deposit paid on the unit. Other than answer emails or give an explanation, they have delayed and ignored my questions as to why. It’s now two months after the tenancy ended. I would strongly recommend against using Tempo House offices.
