I cannot recommend Matthew Schofield and Sian Moore at Knight Frank highly enough. From the outset, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive throughout the mortgage process. What really stood out was how proactive he was in monitoring the market and keeping me informed of rate changes throughout the process. Tom Jeffrey and Sian Moore at KFF have been absolute stars in respect of my re-mortgage. Not only did Tom secure a market leading deal just before the rates went up and then expertly progressed it to a full mortgage offer. Sian then had to deal with an uncommunicative solicitor and was incredibly proactive and highly communicative ensuring that everything came together just in time! We recently secured a new mortgage via Andrew Johnson at Knight Frank Finance. Andrew came recommended by a friend and was ‘on it’ from the get go - working quickly and diligently to assess our situation and advise on the options open to us. Once the initial offer has been secured, we had a long wait until completion, but Andrew stayed in touch and checked periodically for better deals.
