AVOID!!! This is the most infuriating building I've ever worked in. Heat - A/C I've never worked in a building where the heat and A/C are such a problem. I'm literally writing this on the roof because it's freezing in my office. I don't understand why a building can't maintain an even temperature. All summer the A/C has been blaring and the office is freezing. Meanwhile in winter we've regularly had it too hot to sit in offices or needing space heaters. They keep bringing in experts to resolve the problem but I could count on one hand the number of days where the office has been a comfortable temperature. Wifi This appears to be resolved now, but again, the quality for a professional building has been horrendous. Regularly our teams have had speeds of 1.5 mb/s or less, making calls impossible. Currently they have added another network, but my faith that is a long term fix is limited. Doors/Access They removed the cards and replaced them with an app that is infuriating. Often there is a line up of people trying to get in through the front gates. I will concede that this system does work, but it's incredibly frustrating and is an example of removing problems for the building (managing cards) at the expense of the user experience for tenants. Staff The staff are wonderful, they put up with so much because of the failings of the building. They are empathic and helpful. They try so hard to compensate for the failings of the building, the place is always clean and well maintained. Other random complaints: - There's leaking toilets - There's little to no ventilation in bathrooms and showers, meaning that there's a stink in a lot of floors because of the bathrooms and the showers and changing rooms double as saunas - Automatic lights - fail to work in the bathrooms downstairs Overall, this is a terrible building with systematic issues that are hard for a management team to resolve or manage. I would avoid this if you're considering renting space here.
Zero temperature control. Been here 2 years - the cold and hot oscillation is a health hazard.
Just amazing, no words needed hope to meet this type of community’s every where I’m going.
Came in here on a day pass so I could focus and do some work and I had an extremely productive day. Massive thanks to Charlie and James who were super helpful with showing me all the facilities. I’ll deffo be back :)
The best place for a startup or founding team to get started and grow in London. Charlie in particular, is a legend and super helpful!
