Mainyard Studios in Leyton is a brilliant working space that ticks all the boxes — open, light-filled rooms, great facilities and genuinely affordable pricing, which is increasingly hard to come by in London. The new manager on the front desk is fantastic — friendly, personable and genuinely helpful.

For the past two years, Mainyard Studio Leyton has been more than just a place to work, it's truly been my creative home. I've been so lucky to find a space that is not only incredibly affordable but also filled with the most wonderfully friendly people. The atmosphere here is so welcoming, and the community is absolutely fantastic. I want to give a huge heartfelt thank you to Laëtitia, Lorena, Osei, and Nina. They are the heart of this place and consistently go out of their way to make everyone feel so supported and valued. I can't recommend Mainyard enough to anyone looking for a truly special and collaborative workspace. It's been an amazing experience and a genuine five-star find.
