None of these phone numbers work. These guys are extremely elusive. They own a freehold of a property containing flats and shops and have recently invoiced the leaseholders for extortinate sums of money. The fact they can't be contacted is deeply troubling. DO not have any dealings with them.

Bunch of manipulative liars. I approached them few times for a unit to start a cafe but always said no MORE F&B, only retails will be accepted only to allow more and more other cafes shortly after in the same units they offered me as retail only. When I asked if I can then use a unit as retails for Christmas to sell sample and kilo sale, they said this unit is F&B only and I was rejected again but guess what, they allowed someone else to use this "F&B unit" as a retails and for sample sale. Why are they acting like this? No idea but who would want to be managed by such people.
