WOW...what a location, I've attended many short courses in many locations over the years, and by far this is the best business premise you could ever hire. The prices are incredibly cheap to hire a room for such an amazing building and the incredible staff who work there is a serious steal. The facility's are extremely aseptic and clean, the atmosphere is warm and friendly and they cater for everyone, including those with a disability and even dogs. The security is outstanding for which all members of staff take extremely seriously, the availability of various sized rooms gives us a variable choice as a business and can be booked very easily. The main reason I was compelled to leave a review was how outstanding every single member of staff was when I attended my course, friendly, courteous and attentive. I want to give a special thanks to a lovely woman on reception named Claire, she was absolutely amazing, she made me feel welcome and instantly at ease every single morning for months. Her customer service was outstanding, with a positive upbeat exceptional attitude towards everyone who entered the building. Her professionalism and friendly personality stood out a mile with a constant smile on her face and an attentive manner and I've never ever met a receptionist like her. She is a credit to any company, very engaging and supportive, informative and organised, she lit up reception with her bubbly persona and amazing personality. I even called her mum by accident one morning and it became an ongoing gag every morning which lifted my spirit and cheered me up after many days of personal problems. I would seriously recommend this building for any large or small businesses wanting to hire a room for an hour up to several months with very competitive price plans that stand out amongst it's competitors. I hope the owners of the building read this review as I've never engaged with a members of staff as positive, friendly and professional as ones employed in Widnes business lodge. I hope there all on a decent wage as they have truly made my experience at the lodge exceptional and truly outstanding. J. WALSH

Absolutely amazing staff. Extremely helpful and polite. Always on hand to deal with the smallest of problems. The room i had was always kept in the highest of standards when entering the room in a morning. Facilities with in the building go above and beyond what you would expect. I can 100% recommend it to anyone looking for this service. Many thanks Ian Bedford

A fantastic place to work. As soon as you walk into the reception area, you receive a warm and friendly welcome from all the business lodge staff, in particular Gail, Clare and Mandy. Nothing is to much trouble for them, from printing facilities to meeting room requirements, it’s all so efficient and seamless. I would highly recommend the Widnes business lodge to anyone wanting to work in a friendly, professional environment.
