I reached out to you yesterday evening, and again this morning, because I urgently needed a workspace today. I never heard back. Frankly, that’s pretty disappointing. If you’re advertising half-day hot desks, then you should be prepared for people to book on short notice. That’s what hot desk means – flexibility and spontaneity. But if no one ever replies, then this entire concept is pointless. Just marketing fluff with no real service behind it. What’s the point of offering something you clearly don’t have the infrastructure to support?
