We moved to New Walk in 2022 & Chris went out of his way to help us settle in, introduced us to other tenants in the building & nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen was always well stocked with tea, coffee & milk, any maintenance issues were swiftly sorted & Chris even put on social events to create a sense of community, including a lunchtime walking group, a monthly network event & super fun seasonal activities, like Easter egg hunts at Easter, spooky decorations for Halloween & mince pies & mulled wine at Christmas. You’d be hard pushed to find a better services office anywhere in Leicester, as they don’t have the magic touch of Chris, the best premises manager in the world!!
Our company has been renting office space from Landmark Property for over 5 years. We mainly work remotely but have regular co-working days, and Landmark Property is our go-to partner. They have a great location, and the offices and facilities are always clean and well maintained. Chris is fantastic - he’s always responsive, helpful, and professional, and consistently offers office space to suit our needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him!
Beautiful location and lovely building inside and out, perfect for small and medium sized businesses. The best part of the building is the facilities manager Chris. He is the most generous, funny and friendly individual that I have ever had the pleasure of working along side. Chris goes above and beyond to promote inclusion and great relationships within the building. Chris will celebrate every holiday and significant date in the calendar and think of creative ways to bring the building tennants together. There's nothing like getting a nice free hot chocolate on a cold day because it's international woman's day! Chris truly is a wonderful human and a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. He is the golden treasure of the building. My business wouldn't be where it is without him and his support!
