All of our purpose-designed suites are fully equipped with presentation screen (with both wireless and HDMI connection), flipchart on request and super-fast Wifi.

Enjoy unlimited North Star Coffee and Yorkshire Tea in our break-out space and the support of our dedicated, on-site team - all included! Catering packages are available upon request, please be sure to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements.

We recently moved into a private office in The Leeming Building and I only wish we'd done it sooner - it's the perfect place to work! The whole team are so incredibly welcoming and helpful, and Kasia has looked after us amazingly well. We were made to feel part of the Wizu gang even from when we first looked round as prospective tenants, and the whole team were so responsive when we first enquired about a space - this was definitely not the case with other places in the area. The space works really well for us - beautiful building with the ideal mix of private and shared spaces, and great facilities. We've been really impressed with the events on offer too - so many different things you can choose to take part in every month, and across all the Wizu buildings, with a great app to allow to keep up date and book meeting rooms etc. I've worked in theoretically similar setups previously, but this is by far the best. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a private office, co-working space or meeting facilities.

Great community workspace. Super convenient location and reasonable price. They even put on a game of Traitors for free hosted by the lovely Kasia and Eloise which is a nice unexpected bonus. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant workspace with all the necessities and more. Genuinely really friendly staff, regular events (70 people at the last one with free drinks and pizza!). Being a fully remote worker, this is the perfect place to feel motivated, working alongside others, and also make new friends with some great people.

This space is exactly what you need! It’s so comfy, friendly and open. There’s a nice vibe in there with gentle jazzy music in the background that helps you focus. Their facilities are great - better than mine at home! The workspace is also comfy! Kirsty was absolutely lovely and made me feel welcome from the minute I got there. Genuinely couldn’t ask for more and will definitely be going back
