We had such a fantastic experience working with Department at Leeds Dock for our Mini Runway youth fashion festival. A huge thank you to Amy and the team for being so incredibly accommodating and allowing us to use The Lobby as our Mini Runway Creative Hub. The space itself was perfect for what we were creating — the ambient atmosphere, stylish décor and furnishings gave us a beautiful backdrop that already felt creative, contemporary and considered, while still providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our young models and families. Having a dedicated space for the children to get ready, change, have their final glam touches and capture professional photographs made such a huge difference to the organisation and overall experience of the day. We were able to transform the space into our own little backstage and editorial hub, and it worked brilliantly. The team were incredibly supportive and trusted us with the space, and we really appreciated the flexibility and generosity shown throughout the day. It was lovely to see the space take on a completely different purpose and become part of the Mini Runway experience. Thank you to Amy and the wider Department team for supporting youth creativity and community-led events in Leeds. We genuinely couldn’t have created the same experience for our children and families without you. We’re so grateful for the support and would absolutely love to continue building on our relationship with Department for future creative projects. 💛

Booked the board room for a workshop we ran. Lovely space, great friendly staff and everything was set up ready to go. The tech was also spot on - no connection issues, easy access and nothing out of date which isn't always the case when you use hired space. Spot on.

Such a beautiful space for working, networking, grabbing a coffee! The cinema room is fantastic for presentations and the team are super welcoming and accommodating. Have attended networking events here and host a coworking day here once a month, we feel so lucky to host it here it's the perfect location! PS... it always smells incredible too 😂

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Department, who is more than happy to help out.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Department.
