Reviews
I work for one of the companies based in this office and frequent the spaces here during breaktime, ground floor has cosy single seaters or sofas to relax and the hot/cold refillable water tap is reliable! Toilets are very clean and lift is handy for changing floors when doing activities in different places, stairs are easy to access too as an option and both have clear signposts of where everything is located. The basement floor's gym is free to access if working for one of the companies here and the weightlifting challenges are plentiful, basic dumbbells are a workout to lift for arms whether sat or standing. There is different benches presses too and these can be done for any level of experience in the gym, being able to be selected in varying kilograms of weight to lift for either exercise!
Nice office site with pleasant staff an small but well maintained on site gym.
Not been here
The spec and fit out is good. the cleaners are great. the state of the toilets however due to users is pretty diabolical - more often than not they are left in a state. My other issue is lack of communication between the reception/support staff and us. For instance a super important package was delivered to the wrong office by Bruntwood reception, when i wanted to print - the printer had ran out of paper which is poor for a serviced office, when I advised if the bike pump in the cycle room was working no one got back to me, when the internet went down due to west gates changeover to a new provider there was no Tech support.
Apart from the convenient location to the city centre and some nice coffee bars, it's just a functional structure. Not a lot to see, the inside of a lift and corridors. The reception was okay I guess but very casually manned.
