Amazing co-working space with surrounded by fun community. I love my brunch from The Mean Bakers & post work drinks at IF Rooftop. Perfect place to work and hangout with likeminded individuals from all across.

I’m a frequent visitor of Avenue HQ Leeds and it must be my favourite place to work in the city! There’s a nice calm but vibrant energy which stretches across the building + with all the events which are held it’s more than worth the money. Scarlett and Yatta are always on hand to make sure the day goes well and I have everything I need! Whether it be as simple as temperature adjustments or even remembering weekend plans I had and taking 2 minutes out to ask about how they went. These go along way and makes me want to keep coming back!

The girls at reception are great, very helpful and pleasant to talk to. They were very knowledgeable and showed me around the open offices.

Excellent workspace in the heart of Leeds. The facility is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The team is extremely welcoming, professional, and hospitable from the moment you walk in. There are multiple types of working spaces to choose from, a beautiful rooftop area, well-designed meeting rooms, and high-quality tea and coffee with a great coffee machine available. The overall atmosphere feels calm, productive, and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional and well-managed coworking space.
