In June 2026, Regus gave us one week notice to vacate the Twickenham branch due to an issue between Regus and the landlord. We chose to move to Spaces Teddington for the remaining 1 month of our agreement (already a hassle). Here comes the extremely frustrating experience particularly when it comes to billing and refunds. We were told our retainer deposit from Twickenham would be moved to Teddington. As for the office restoration charge, we would only be charged for Teddington and not Twickenham since we were asked to move out at the last minute. After the end of our agreement, we received several unknown charges separated over 3 invoices totalling over £5k that we are now having to dispute. On top of this, we are still waiting for a refund relating to a previous duplicate restoration charge for the Twickenham branch (Regus charged us twice) as well as our retainer deposit. What is particularly concerning is that there are countless negative reviews from other customers describing very similar issues and difficulties obtaining refunds. Seeing how many people report similar experiences has made our own situation even more concerning. The amount of time we have had to spend chasing, opening multiple support cases and repeatedly explaining the same circumstances is unacceptable. I’d strongly recommend anyone considering Regus/Spaces to do your due diligence. Awful company to deal with

Happy with the team and how Neveet has managed the center! A great place to work from especially with how well the upkeep is + always nice to have a team that is responsive to any feedback.

We've recent taken a small office here as so far, very happy. The staff honestly couldn't be nicer and the setup was easy. Slight downside about the area is the lack of parking, but the office itself I can't complain. It was also better value than some other local offices and in my opinion it's nicer.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Please reach out to Spaces for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Spaces to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
