I can’t say I was sceptical but I just wasn’t sure how much anyone could help. Not only was Lisa super welcoming she explained and coached me through everything she was doing. She was intuitive and asked questioned that really helped tailor my experience. Again I wasn’t sure how much the service would help but I felt so much better and this was enhanced by her recommendations or stretch and tools I could use away from our sessions. Happy to be going back a few more times to correct my body and I feel all the better for it! Highly recommend it feels homely but bespoke and I’m so grateful to my hubby for arranging this and for Lisa and her services

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Siddeley House.
