When I launched my business Larkin PR in 2020, I moved in to C4DI and started working in the co-working space. As my company grew, we then took an office upstairs. C4DI and its wonderful staff have played a huge part in helping my business grow. It’s the perfect place to start your company.

As a place of collaboration, innovation, community, friendship and business, C4DI really delivers. Its recent transformation both in terms of building renovation and leadership has set a whole new vision for the space, making it without doubt the leading co-working space in the region. There’s a clear ambition to drive the Humber economy, support new business and entrepreneurship, and enable and enhance incumbent businesses with fresh ideas, new thinking and collaboration. The new podcast recording facilities are awesome. Theres a range of meeting rooms and event suites. The leaders are welcoming, engaging and endlessly supportive, the events and opportunities are many, the facilities are pristine and the overall hub is an ideal spot for anyone running a business, freelancers, collaborators, students, or those who need a new environment outside of their current workplace to be inspired.

The growth of the community and engagement is why C4Di is the place to be. I say that as someone who has been here 7 years and seen many companies and people come and go. But there’s a wholesome vibe to the building this past year. With the variety of events which are offered to members almost happening monthly, there’s support and a community to keep you inspired. Again it doesn’t matter if you’re an established company in the building, or working alone, the interactions between people is what makes this place remarkable.

#hull #business I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to the C4DI building. Unfortunately, I had some experiences that left me feeling rather unwelcome. I attended an art morning group that was functioning and showed my artwork and two gallery projects exhibited at the Brooke Street Gallery in Hull. However, I felt unwelcome and which was quite disheartening. Wanted to stay but I felt the atmosphere was of towards me. Additionally, while exploring the C4DI building and inquiring about virtual offices, I found the staff to be helpful initially. However, towards the end, I felt more unwelcome than welcomed. When I asked for information about virtual offices, I was simply directed to go online without receiving any visual materials like leaflets or brochures. This was disappointing, especially considering it was an open day, and I did not get the information I was looking for, being neurodivergent made it really difficult. I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention in the hope that improvements can be made to ensure all visitors feel welcomed and supported. Thank you for your understanding.

While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. With a monthly membership, C4DI offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with C4DI.
