I strongly advise against using this company for virtual office services. The customer service team lacks sufficient knowledge and training, making it difficult to get clear or consistent answers. Their invoicing system is disorganized, with charges appearing that were never properly invoiced or communicated. After cancelling my service, I was unexpectedly chased for invoices that had never been issued in the first place. Overall, the process has been unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable or transparent service. As of December 1, 2025, this matter remains unresolved. The account is not active, yet we continue to receive invoices that have no explanation. Your staff have been unable to clarify why these invoices are being issued and have repeatedly stated they would call back, but no one has followed up. This ongoing lack of communication is unacceptable.

Told me they are a franchise and can’t honour the worldwide access. I pay a lot of money for my office in Canary Wharf and they turned me away at this location.
