Extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and fun during a very stressful time in my life. Would definitely recommend. As somebody who suffers from anxiety this situation should have been panic inducing but James put me at ease and calmed me down although I doubt he realised just how brilliant he was. Thanks again!
