Great experience with the Landmark Team! I dont usually write reviews but had to give these guys the credit they deserve. After being let down by 2 other agents for the sale of my property in Heston I took a 2 month break from selling due to stress caused by those agents with numerous lies, lack of transparency and poor advice. Once ready I did my research and after a very informative valuation by Hitesh I had no hesitation in listing my property with Landmark. Thereafter, my experience was so different, after losing faith in estate agents I can now confirm not all agents are the same. Landmark were exceptional… they had my property under offer within 2 weeks and the whole process lasted 2 months from listing to handing my keys over in the office. Maybe I got lucky with the quality of buyer, but it was Landmark and Hitesh who made the whole process look so easy. The solicitors recommended by Landmark were a treat to work with and im now in my seaside home thanks to Landmark all be it in the later part of summer… wish I had instructed these guys sooner. Absolute waste of time and totally unprofessional and not to be trusted. In the 5 months since my property was listed by them, not once did they follow up on progress, why there had been no viewings and the reasons for it. An email sent to the agent asking for an update after 8 weeks of no progress after the property was listed received no response. Calling their office, highlighting the issue and speaking with the branch manager did generate a call, which we missed, was not followed up on. The valuation agent had given assurance that he would have no problem in selling my property at the price he thought it could fetch because he had sold similar property at the asking price very close by. However, not even once did he make any attempt to give any update in 5 months. When I last spoke to him, he made up lies about how I had insisted on what the property price should be, and that is why it had not received any interest. Not once did he offer an apology why he had not bothered to respond to my email or follow up on the missed call, or for failing to offer any update or re-evaluate. I have had a re-evaluation of the property from 2 separate agents recently, and they have valued the property at a very similar price and could not understand why Landmark Property Services could not generate interest, give updates and not re-evaluate the listing in 5 months.

Absolutely outstanding. Landmark could not have done more to sell our property. Professional. Diligent. Helpful. Honest. Value for money. Hitesh went above and beyond. Keeping us informed about each step of our sale. Taking us through each phase at it happened. Selling property is very stressful but Hitesh wholly negated most of that, keeping us up to date daily on the progress of our sale and explained each and every phase of the process as we entered it. We cannot thank Landmark enough. Without doubt highly recommended for selling your property in the Hounslow area.
