I have literally lost count of the number of times this provider has let us down. The quality of support staff is abysmal, all disinterested and lacking basic knowledge.

We had the extreme pleasure of using Diamond Air services this summer for travel in Europe. It was our first experience and we won’t hesitate to use them again. Our guide at Malpensa was Annalisa and from the jetway to the curb, she was so helpful and friendly. We left out of CDG and there Younes was such a help, from gliding us through our VAT submission (even double checking at multiple times!!) through passport control ( we kinda felt guilty as he moved us through so quickly) , there is nothing like having local guides helping you navigate a usually very anxiety-provoking process. Great job to all!!!
