Freedom Works is such a fantastic place to work! Iris, the Community Manager makes it so welcoming and it is such a joy coming into work every day as she is always there to help with any questions and has such a positive energy! The little touches such as Free Beer Fridays is also massively appreciated!

Freedom Works Horsham is a great office building with a really friendly, professional atmosphere, and a big reason for that is Iris, the Community Manager. Even though she supports all the businesses in the building, she makes every company feel equally valued and looked after. Everything runs smoothly day to day, and the events she organises genuinely bring people together across different organisations. Iris is professional, approachable, and proactive. She deals with any queries quickly and efficiently, and her positive attitude really sets the tone for the whole building. You can tell she takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-managed space for everyone who works here. Having someone like Iris overseeing the building makes a real difference and it’s what makes this a 5-star place to work.

I enjoy coming into work everyday at my office in Freedom Works, Horsham. Iris the community manager is a dream! She's so helpful and is always checking in on us in the office upstairs, I absolutely adore her. We get free drinks on a Friday and Iris makes pancakes for Shrove Tuesday as well!

Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
