Unfortunately they want to be part of the new trend in pretending the lounge is fully booked for anyone with lounge passes when half the lounge is empty and easily visible. Scan a qr code and wait an hour while we pretend to be better than we are. While if you are paying, then there is plenty of space. Absolute joke!

The lounge was busy, tables were not cleared and overall not pleasant. Had to clear a table to sit down. Requested a ordinary coke and only have diet. It is very frustrating that not everyone drinks alcohol and you have a large selection of alcoholic drinks but all fizzy drinks are diet. Again, not everyone drinks diet. Upon this visit not satisfied and I do think that facilities should be reviewed to cater for everyone's needs.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Dragon Pass.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Dragon Pass, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
