The worst office experience I’ve ever had. I am extremely disappointed with the service. Every month, they charge extra fees without explanation. It’s frustrating and feels dishonest. Communication is poor, and there’s no accountability. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Thank you

Stay away from, Regus they are trying to charge us £600 for someone to go in to the office we are leaving and clean, basically vac the floor wipe down the desks and phones. This company is disgusting and have alot of hidden charges that they don't inform you about. Stay away from Regus In response - so whats happened is a ticket has been raised which will be ignored and all we will get is "it's in the terms and conditions" repeated to us over and over again. As the office is clean and tidy as we've done it ourselves, the so called restoration fee that you say everyone has to pay can be waived you just choose not to. Regus are all about taking and taking and do nothing for their customers apart from bully them.
