Too many rats garbage system is a mess and theres an old man called butt that allegedly lives of out of date sandwiches and is causing havoc throwing food behind bin bushes and skips, inviting rodents. The business park is doing nothing about it they have no security and let a man who has no business in this premises roam there freely.

Rats are every where there’s a skip outside Outside unit 36, and there’s massive rats going in and out of it the skip is and it’s not being removed. And generally rats are everywhere getting in to offices and damaging car engines by chewing wires. Nothing is being done, next steps now to email the mp and council. As no efforts have been made to remedy this disaster.

I booked a day office at Basepoint High Wycombe and had a great experience. The team in reception made the whole process really straightforward and were quick to help with anything I needed on the day (mainly tech support, not very techy). The room I was given was clean, quiet, and well set up for getting work done. Really impressed with the service and would happily book again.

I have been a licensee here for many years. Over this time I have witnessed many changes to both the working areas and the company business model. The center staff are always superb and do everything they can to help you and make you feel welcome. The facilities in general are good, though certain areas (especially the toilets) are quite dirty and look unmaintained. Car parking is better nowadays and, long term, not as expensive as you'd think. Currently not a place I'd advise for short term or start up businesses due to the unavoidable and high 'put back fees'. I would have given 5 stars overall but, to be blunt, there needs to be an overhaul of the site and the overall business model to tick the final box.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with HubSpace.
Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at HubSpace - Lancaster Road provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
