We recently viewed and have decided to take office space at Devonshire Business Centre in Letchworth, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The centre is professional, well-maintained and has a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the team take great pride in supporting the businesses based there. The facilities are excellent, the location works perfectly for us, and the balance between having your own dedicated space whilst being part of a wider business community is exactly what we were looking for. A special thank you to Jalpa, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made what can often be a stressful decision feel straightforward and enjoyable. We could immediately see ourselves becoming part of the Devonshire community and are very much looking forward to settling into our new office. Highly recommended for any business looking for flexible, professional office space in the area.
Classy office digs
Had a great experience visiting the centre at Letchworth. Welcoming reception, clean and tidy, professional. Jalpa who is the manager seemed very confident and knew the site and area very well. i was offered a drink and was taken around the building to show the various areas. i really enjoyed my tour
Lift not working, and girl on.recption watched us keep pressing button, while on her personal phone. Only interrupted her conversation, when I asked " is the lift working " . Curt answer. No. Back to her personal call. Lovely looking place 😍. She let it down.
Very lovely site and such welcoming staff. The site looks modern, clean and inviting. Jalpa and Kelsie were amazing and helpful. Did not think i would find this behind the doors :-)
