Jacqui and the team at 25 High Street took all the stress out of me finding an office location for my business. Regular, helpful interactions and taking the time to really understand what is important for me and my business was what made me choose 25 High Street. The offices are renovated to a high standard, great location for local amenities and the train station. Would highly recommend to others looking for their next office space!

My Company, Car Leasing Solutions have used Listed Spaces/25 High Street as our Virtual & Registered Office since August 2022, the team have always been incredibly helpful, they are in a great location & there is lots of parking near by should I need to pop in to collect post, highly recommended!

We moved into 25 High Street in 2021 and have really enjoyed being based here. ‘The building has been beautifully restored and decorated and feels as far from a serviced office as it’s possible to be. The building itself is full of character and each office is light and airy and the communal areas are well designed and welcoming. ‘As well as the benefits of the offices themselves and the convenience of being in the centre of town, it’s also nice to be part of a friendly community of businesses where there’s always time for a chat and, quite often, treats in the kitchen! ‘We very much value being part of the community at 25 High Street’.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Listed Spaces, who is more than happy to help out.

However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Listed Spaces.
