I’ve had a great experience running my business out of The Residence. It’s a welcoming, well-run coworking space with a professional but relaxed atmosphere, making it easy to focus and get work done. The space is comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up, with everything you need for a productive day. It’s also a great environment to be around other professionals without feeling overcrowded or noisy. I’d definitely recommend The Residence to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly shared workspace or a flexible desk to work from.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I first joined The Residence when it was based at Newport, and I'm so glad it has made the move to Bishop's Stortford — because everything that made it special has come with it. The community spirit here is genuinely unlike any other coworking space I've been to. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and actually looks out for one another. It's a brilliant place to get your head down and do great work, but it never feels cold or corporate. The team have clearly put a lot of thought into creating an environment where people enjoy showing up every day — and it shows. Bonus points for being dog friendly too, which is a huge plus! If you're looking for a coworking space in Bishop's Stortford where you'll actually feel part of a community, look no further than The Residence. Highly recommend! 🐾

I’d just landed at Stansted and needed somewhere reliable and comfortable to jump straight into a few work meetings.. The Residence was exactly what I was looking for. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel incredibly welcome. The owner and staff were genuinely friendly, took the time to have a chat, and made sure I was settled in properly. They even kindly offered my first session free of charge, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. The location is ideal, especially if you’re coming from the airport, and the space itself is calm, well set up, and perfect for getting focused work done. I had a quiet area to myself and was able to be really productive. I’d highly recommend The Residence to anyone looking for a professional yet welcoming co-working space in the area. I’ll definitely be returning.
