It is a pleasure coming into the office each day. Chris and Helen make the place so welcoming, they are always there to sort any issue out, any everyone is really friendly

1 star only because of UBC/staff are not so amazing with money or their commitment to agree on money they owe to you. I took this place for a physio clinic over 3 years ago and in these years my rent went up to £500 to £684 for a room which is about 36.8% in 3 years or 12% per year. Apart from being a physio, I also have a rental business and there is no way this can be acceptable in a residential rental business. But anyway, I agreed for this so I was happy to pay until March end and I gave my 2 months notice and agreed to exit and they were happy with everything after I left the place. I received an invoice confirming they owe me my deposit which they will return I think in 60 days. After a month, I received another email to see there is an Exit fee which I was never informed about apparently, every office charges this however I had 4 other physio rooms and none of them ever charged me this when I exit. Anyway, I was told I will receive my deposit soon less this money which is about £250. now it is more than 60 days and I am still awaiting for my deposit. The place looks so beautiful, nice clean, having very friendly staff but just before anyone else sign any contract, please read what you are signing for as you may ending in similar situation as me. If you need an office working space, I fully recommend UBC Henley. I book in advance and at short notice on occasions, and I am always offered a secure working space. There are frequent, well planned networking events. The facilities are great and nothing is too much trouble for Christine and Helen who are are professional and have a genuine care for the people that work there.

Christine and Helen at UBC Henley in Arden have been supporting Informed Engineering since we started our growth plans and have been incredibly supportive and accommodating in giving us the facilities we need to expand. We took on a small 2 person office to begin with and due to the success we have now grown into a bigger space to allow more people to come and work in the office. Thank you! Hopefully we'll soon grow out of this one.

I have recently moved my office into UBC in Henley In Arden. I feel really supported by both Helen and Chris who run the offices in such a professional and inclusive manner. I love being there and the clean office and free tea and coffee make it so easy.
