Moving from a permanent office to Spaces was a huge change for us but the team made it seamless and we have not looked back. The team are very attentive and personable and a special mention to Nish who excels with her customer service skills and personable touch. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the team are a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks! Mike Group Operations Manager Cobia Accounting

Spaces seemed to have some very good shared working spaces and looked very relaxed. The receptionist was very polite but showed little interest in me and just left me to sit and wait for the person I was meeting with for 15 minutes which made me feel somewhat uncomfortable But initial impressions of the building were favourable in terms of design and maintenance but the reception team if which there was more than one did not make me feel welcome.

Security is rubbish here. Came for my appointment and arrived early, he not letting me in and asked me to wait in my car outside. I am not coming by car, then he just let me in and still. Keep moaning about I came early and I should of come exactly the appointment time. How rude! There is reception and sitting area, why am I not be allowed to wait there!

I would strongly advise you to avoid this building. I only gave it 1 star because I was not allowed to give it 0 stars. It's too cold, the toilets are always broken, the music is too loud in the common areas... but the worst thing is the appalling way tenants are treated by the accounts department. The wrong amounts have been taken from our credit card on several occasions - there is never an apology, and no sensible way of complaining. Don't be fooled by the 'trendy' look of the common area - the way the building is run is appalling. So many tenants can't wait to leave when their contract expires because of the way they are treated...

I visited one of the companies for Spaces, based in the Maylands Building in April 2025. Upon arrival I approached reception to inform them of my visit. Despite clearly marked visitors bays being completely empty (around 10 spaces), I was told I was not allowed to park there. I explained that I was a visitor, exactly who the bays are meant for, but was told that due to internal arrangements with the company I was visiting, I could not use the visitor parking. Instead, I was advised to park over 10 minutes away in a Tesco car park. I made it very clear that I am disabled, and walking long distances is extremely difficult for me. I also drive a high value vehicle and prefer not to leave it in areas without cameras or places I cannot be in close distance to my vehicle.. Despite all this, the two receptionists were dismissive and completely unwilling to help. They showed zero empathy or willingness to make a reasonable exception. As a business owner, I has actually been considering this building as a potential location for one of my companies. After this experience, I will absolutely not be moving forward with that, and I will be sharing this experience with other professionals I know. Shocking lack of accessibility, poor management, and disgraceful customer service.

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
