I recently photographed a wedding at Hebden Bridge Town Hall and it’s such a brilliant, characterful place to get married. The ceremony rooms have a really nice, intimate feel, perfect for relaxed weddings without any of the stuffiness you sometimes get elsewhere. There’s loads of natural light coming in, which is ideal for clean, natural photos. One of the best things about this venue is the location. Step outside and you’re straight into Hebden Bridge, which gives you loads of options for couple portraits. From the canal to the surrounding streets and hills, there’s loads of variety within a few minutes walk, which keeps things fun and relaxed. The whole day just flows really nicely here. It’s perfect for couples who want something a bit more laid back and personal, rather than overly traditional. As a wedding photographer, I love venues like this. Great light, loads of character, and plenty of opportunities for natural, candid moments throughout the day. If you’re planning your wedding here, you’ve picked a great spot.

Went with my fiancé to look at their rooms for hire, Esme was incredibly helpful and kind to us, the rooms are beautiful and very flexible. Good prices too for a wedding. We are very much looking forward to having our wedding the the town hall 😊

We really like this place. We've been here a fair few times, mainly when events are on and it's less crowded. Have a lovely terrace over looking the river and there's space for the kids to run around. Cafe is decent, if you want drinks... I wouldn't recommend the food in any aspect.
