Big, modern, bright and spacious coworking space. A perfect place to study or cowork for remote workers in the area. Coffee available but also close to the city centre, supermarkets and local shopping centre. Cost effective parking right outside.

Traveling from the US and staying in the Stockton area. About 20 min drive away, not a terrible commute in the morning and afternoon. Parking was free if you got there early enough. If not, there is a parking lot abutting the building, £2.70 per day at the time of this review. Great experience inside Studio 3 and The Biz. Nice and quiet building where you can focus and get work done. 6 adjustable standing desks and nice chairs. Outlets on the desk for convenience. Besides that, all of the normal office amenities like coffee and great wifi. The only annoyance was that the space is a little echoey, so you'll have to take care with Zoom/Teams calls with others in the room. I was alone all but 1 day out of the week that I was here, so it wasn't a big issue for me. It is quite a bargain working here! Especially for the price and the weekly discount Thank you to all of The Biz staff for helping me out! I will definitely be coming back if I need to spend more time in the area!

Booked a desk for 2 days mid-week. Lovely clean space, and staff were really attentive. Enjoyed chatting with Caron who checked in with me both days to make sure I was settled and didn’t need anything. Basic kitchen facilities are available. Nice clean bathrooms. Adjustable standing desks at all stations with multi point charging station. The room is a bit echoey due to high ceilings but my headphones didn’t have any issues filtering that out. Definitely will come back when I’m in town and need a space to work for the day!

Studio 3 is great. It’s easy to book. The staff are very helpful and the working environment is bright and comfortable.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Studio 3.
