Sadly did not get my deposit back and no reason given for it. There wouldn't be any reasons as I left the place in perfect order. They just stopped replying to my emails. I've heard similar stories from others who were based here. Seems like a common theme of not returning deposits. Must say Barry at reception is fantastic and a very friendly face who was always pleasant and helpful. But sadly the management here is non existent.

Good selection of office space that meets our needs with a spacious boardroom. Very friendly management team who go beyond to support us. Local area has everything you need and more as it is in a town centre with easy tube access.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Havelock Hub.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
