Tina handled our request in a quick, friendly and professional manner. When we didn’t understand something (e.g. changes to billing frequency) it was clarified in an easy to understand way. Other staff who were present were also friendly. The air conditioning was also very appreciated on such a hot day!

Very good experience so far, we’ve had our storage since opening and have recently moved to a bigger room! Everyone is very helpful, most recently a big thank you to Tina and the team for explaining things properly.

Yellow Storage took all the stress out of my house move! Tina and Sohan were absolutely brilliant—from the very start, they walked me through every single charge with total transparency, so there were no surprises at all. On moving day, they were right there with me, showing me each step of the process and making sure I felt completely at ease. Their customer service is genuinely top-notch, and to top it off, their prices were the most competitive I found after comparing several other companies. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommend
