The staff were not too concerned. We were completely ignored when we checked out. We had an accessible room. But there are 3 steps to get to it. So not sure how a wheelchair user would do.

I stayed here over the weekend for business. As a hotel it's fine it does the job check in was fine. its very dated, the room was nice and seemed clean. the mattress was extremely hard and wasn't great. Not that its a big problem but the hotel is only 2 floors and is super long so if you stay near the end its about a 5 minute walk back to reception. There was an event on when I arrived. I got there at 1am to check in after work there were people shouting and running around. my room had an inter leading door to the room next door. the lady was screaming and shouting. as a one night hotel for work it was fine, id still prefer to stay in a premier in or travel lodge but I wouldn't want to stay there for more than one night.
