  It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  FUTR - WF House has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at FUTR - WF House? How about for a day or a month?

  At FUTR - WF House, those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are available. And for those seeking a long-term solution, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

  It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with FUTR, who is more than happy to help out.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions.
