I’ve now been a user of the Regus in Guildford Business Park for just over a year. John the manager, as well as Hope at first and now Radi have looked after me and my visitors and other users brilliantly since that time. The space is a modern, well maintained and very comfortable to use.

Falsely represented office spaces - sales description and generic photography inconsistent with actual spaces - recommend viewing before renting. Do not rent from photography. Poorly maintained infrastructure such as broken entry door to building and services such as communal kitchen poorly maintained despite large 'restoration fees' that are hidden in contract. Overall amounting to a poor experience.

Great place . Just watch out for the car park vultures.

A DISGUSTING COMANY! AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE! Think of this company as a mixture of Ryan Air hidden fees and Little Britains 'Computer Says No'. The difference being both Ryan Air and Little Britain will at least make you laugh. this company are more than happy to take your money and offer the world on a stick to you but from the moment you sign with them you will find fees and charges hidden EVERYWHERE! In one of their buildings i was told that not only would have have to pay a printer license fee to use my own printer, paper and ink of £90 set up and circa £50 a month, but there was also a cost per person of £9 per month to use it. More crucially however, I left their buildings on the 13th July 2023 and I have still not had my deposits back. I have requested their complaints process and have never been provided it, I have requested simple invoices for my monthly invoices and they have never been supplied. The monthly statements that you get in response to these simply requested are often 10's of pages long and even my accountants couldn't decipher the costs and charges. I have requested VAT numbers and never been given them. This company will treat you appallingly from the moment you sign with them. AVOID AVOID AVOID. contact me directly if you would like to know other office spaces that i have found to be better! I wish i could write more about how awful my experience has been but honestly I am nearly broken over it. The principle of their boderline criminal actions are the only motivation i have left to continue seeking my deposits back. I beg anyone who comes across this review to avoid this company with everything that they are. Do not be teased with the low prices quoted to you on the phone and website. This company with cost you so much more than a financial burden. they will break your spirit and suck your time from you!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Please reach out to Regus for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Regus - 28 High Street operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.
