An excellent rooftop event from start to finish. The setting was absolutely stunning, with great views, a brilliant atmosphere, and everything organised to a very high standard. The team were welcoming, professional, and clearly put a lot of care into making the experience feel special. Amelia, Sophie, Ethan and Joe were amazing. Alex especially stood out, with an excellent countenance, nothing was too much trouble!

I’ve had a very positive experience with the team at OSIT Monument. The reception team are always professional, friendly, and welcoming, creating a great first impression for both staff and visitors. The facilities throughout the building are excellent — clean, modern, and very well maintained. The meeting rooms are particularly impressive; they are easy to book and provide a comfortable, well-designed environment for meetings with colleagues and clients. A special mention should go to Holly, Amiel, Callum and Aicha, who consistently go above and beyond to help me. Their support and willingness to assist with anything that comes up makes a real difference day to day. The team genuinely feel like an extension of our own company, always willing to assist and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Nothing ever feels like too much to ask. Overall, OSIT Monument provides a fantastic working environment supported by a dedicated and professional team.

We regularly use the Office Space in Town Monument and have had a consistently positive experience. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and highly professional, which makes a real difference day to day. The meeting rooms are beautifully presented, well maintained and fully hybrid-friendly, making them ideal for both in-person and virtual meetings. They also have a lovely roof terrace and bar space, which we particularly enjoy using after our meetings during the summer months. It’s a great setting to continue conversations more informally. I’m in regular contact with Amiel Salanio, who is absolutely fantastic. He is consistently professional and one of the kindest people to deal with. Any enquiries or questions I have are always handled promptly and with great care. I wouldn’t hesitate to continue using their services.

The building management team are without doubt the most approachable and friendly team we’ve worked with. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they consistently go above and beyond to support us. The deck rooftop/ event space is a massive bonus too!
