I reached out to Amber three times, but unfortunately, she never followed up as she said she would. This lack of response made it incredibly difficult to secure a meeting room booking. Despite my repeated efforts, the promised callbacks did not materialize, leading to a frustrating experience. The company's inability to deliver on basic customer service expectations is disappointing and reflects poorly on their professionalism.
