• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Sure Store.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Sure Store - The Peel Centre provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?
