Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid. They charge an extra £6 per week (£24 excluding tax billed monthly on top of storage price) and that’s with them being more expensive than other storage units in the area. Even after you have your own insurance, they’ll randomly charge you their insurance without any notification. Much better service elsewhere with lower prices.

Excellent service and storage facilities awesome. Storage spaces are really clean and in top condition. Staff are amazing and give beyond the satisfactory, especially Imad and manager Matt. Both are super cool and always go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. They always listen and accept any request or special requirements. I highly recommend the service of 'Sure Storage in Gloucester.'
