Very poor experience with Move Property Sales and Lettings, mainly due to the conduct of Emily Robinson. The level of customer service was extremely disappointing. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and no attempt to understand my situation as a client. Emily appeared only interested in her own position and showed complete disregard for the client’s perspective. Communication was poor, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Instead of support or problem-solving, I was met with indifference and a lack of basic courtesy. The way I was treated fell far below any reasonable standard expected from a letting agency. I would not recommend dealing with her in particular if this is how clients are handled. Very disappointing.

Harry has been fantastic throughout the entire house-hunting process. When one of our group pulled out, he remained calm and supportive and helped us find a replacement quickly. 44-45 Longsmith Street has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Ascent Properties.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
