VERY CONFUSED BUNCH - DO NOT USE!! Hayley Cowdry came over and looked at my property in Blockmakers court. She then send out the very first viewing. The viewer arrived and waited for 25 minutes! No one from purple bricks came over to conduct the viewing! I showed the couple around myself. Hayley later said she was sorry and was off. So why did you send someone over to view the property on your day off and you did not arrange for another team member to conduct the viewing? Sam Missin, another team from purple bricks, came over to the property. I waited and waited and he turned up late. He claimed there was roadwork in Chatham Hill which was not true as Chatham Hill was fully open. No communication. The few viewings l had from them, when the viewers ask me questions, Charlotte will cut the questions short and tell the viewers, "lets go outside and talk". I was appalled by her behaviour. What are you going outside to talk about that you do not want me - the owner and seller of the property to hear? After each viewing, l have to send several emails to get feedback from the viewers. It was like playing a hide and seek game. I went for several weeks with no contact from purple bricks and no viewing. It became obvious l was not going anywhere with them. I requested to end my contract with them, so l can move on with another agent. I requested for the advert they put up for my property to be taken down. I was amazed after several weeks of asking for the advert they put up to be taken down, to find that nothing was done - the advert was still fully up in different selling websites! Charlotte was very cold, never communicates and very disorganised. Who arranges a viewing on a date you know you will not be on duty and then not pass it on to another member of staff? Who conducts viewings and then forgets to reach out to the viewers to get a feedback - Only Charlotte Cowdry from purple bricks does! Do not use if you want to sell

Had nothing but a positive experience with this agent having rented through them for several years. Their property manager Abbie imparticular has always dealt with any problems iv had with the utmost professionalism. I would recommend this agent to any perspective tenant.

Kingsley House has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Lower Richmond Properties.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
