Where to start, I couldn’t recommend this storage company enough. Ben took all the stress out of moving and storing my belongings and made the whole experience incredibly easy from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional, and Ben was so friendly, helpful and professional. It made such a difference knowing my belongings were in safe hands. If you’re looking for a reliable storage company with fantastic customer service , I would definitely recommend them.
Myself and my partner used big yellow storage Gateshead this afternoon. After what was a stressful couple of days of needing to find suitable, cheap storage options for students and moving out of accommodation, the moment we sat and sorted everything through with Ben, all the stress disappeared.
