Been in my office space here for 25 days. I will start by saying the staff in the centre are very nice and try their best to help. The internet in the office centre is shockingly poor. You cannot conduct a video call without the frames dropping or call freezing. On occasions it gets so slow you cannot load a basic webpage without having to wait a minute or two. If you run any kind of business that requires the internet I would look else where. I have raised this since I have been here on day one, from what I understand from the other tenants in the centre this problem has been here since the centre opened. You get told to log a ticket and all they say is that they are aware of the issue, its being dealt with or its in hand. If you push it to know more information they then just quote T&C's at you. I currently pay for a very expensive storage room and have to work from home as the connection is that unreliable. There is nothing business grade about it. Privacy is also an issue, they have dropped ceilings so you can hear very clearly what it being spoken about in offices near you. To be balanced I have been offered the ability to move my office in the centre although I am still awaiting to find out if I will be charged the mandatory exit fee from the current room I am in. Overall its disappointing as I was looking forward to the location and the ease it would give me from working in my office, sadly it has caused more issues as I have to balance appointments between working from home and the documents I need access to from the office.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Regus - Metro Centre operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Please reach out to Regus for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.
