Clean place ,respectful people staff was freshly waiting walls when I was there and were very kind and helped me and took their time to understand what I needed
I honestly can’t recommend The Storage Team highly enough. I used them while moving house before getting the keys to my new place, and I completely underestimated how much storage space I’d need. I expected it to be a stressful problem, but they couldn’t have been more helpful. They quickly arranged for me to move into a larger unit, and the whole process was completely seamless. Tiffany who looked after me was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making things as easy as possible for me. Moving house is stressful enough, but she took so much of that stress away with her genuine kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. It’s so rare these days to experience customer service that’s this good. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Tiffany you are the best! A huge thank —you’ve been absolutely amazing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone needing storage. Five stars all the way!

Really helpful staff from start to finish identifying the size of a unit I’d need and being there at any point when needed. Especially Tiffany who was helpful throughout and a really positive person to talk to and engage with when using my locker, including when I stupidly locked my phone in my locker. Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Storage Team.
