We often walk in fineshade woods with my daughter, two grandchildren and the dog. Yesterday we were due to walk the dog and two children as their parents were busy but it was called off as both children were unwell. One case of suspected tonsillitis and another of a fever. We walked the dog and I thought a bit of lovely ice cream might help sore throats and fevers. The lady serving was so kind and considerate, as she didn’t want the ice cream to melt before it was delivered, that she packed the tubs in ice. Way beyond the call of duty. What an excellent customer server - thank you very much. It helped two poorly little people feel a bit better. We were very impressed - thank you you’re a star 🌟

I often go to Grounds, after a walk around the woods, for a bite to eat and a cappuccino. The staff are friendly, the coffee is nice and their soups are delicious!

Grounds Cafe in Fineshade Forest Park Northamptonshire. The staff are lovely, food is good, Cafe is airy and spacious! Would really like to mention Alfie for giving me brilliant customer service today! Listened attentively to my special dietary requirements, served me delicious soup with a sandwich, all my requirements checked out before he served! What a thoughtful kind individual! Well done Grounds Cafe for hiring a really good asset like Alfie to your team!
