Prefer the Village Hotel in Bracknell - much more pleasant surroundings, nicer staff and better sound proofing on the rooms. On arrival we had just about finished using the self service machine when we were told to stop and then the guy at the desk took over and started from scratch... having to give number plate etc all over again. Unsure why but it was annoying. The people that walked in behind us he then directed to the self service machine. The shower was annoying, the head wouldn't go higher than should level + it was over a bath. Ugh. Good value all round.

Extremely disappointing customer service I am extremely disappointed with the way Village Hotel/Gym has handled my membership cancellation. I was given clear information over the phone regarding cancelling my membership following a new job offer, yet I am now being told something completely different and have still not received confirmation that my membership has been cancelled. I have sent numerous emails trying to resolve this and have now escalated the matter to senior management, including senior officials at Village. Unfortunately, even after escalating it, I am still struggling to get a proper response or resolution. This has caused me considerable stress and is affecting my wellbeing. For a company whose business is centred around health, fitness and wellbeing, I find it extremely disappointing that a simple customer service issue has been allowed to reach this point. I genuinely did not expect this level of service from Village. I have tried repeatedly to resolve this privately and reasonably, but I am now having to consider taking the matter further. All I want is clear confirmation that my membership has been cancelled and for this matter to finally be resolved.

I attended the event today and was absolutely impressed by the exceptional service. The bar staff and the entire team were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made the experience truly enjoyable and memorable. A huge thank you to everyone involved for making the event so special! Shout out to Raquel, Blanka, Lubor and Blue!! Amazing team!

Had the fish and chips and when it arrived I was told they were all out of vinegar, also the pint of modelo was not fresh, which considering the cost was quite poor.
